THE SETUP PACKAGE

The Founding Customer Offer is a $1,497 one-time studio setup, paid in full before the build begins. Founding pricing applies to the first three studio builds.

Prices shown on the offer page are current, not permanent, and may change at any time.

• One custom-branded studio — your name, logo, and colors.
• One primary content workflow, configured around how you create.
• Up to two supported AI provider connections, set up securely.
• Two revision rounds on the delivered studio.
• Two private onboarding sessions.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days after completed onboarding and receipt of all required branding materials and account access. Additional features or delayed feedback may extend the timeline.

MAINTENANCE

Maintenance is $199 per month, starting at launch, and is authorized separately — purchasing the setup does not authorize recurring charges.

The maintenance rate is current, not permanent, and may change.

• Backend upkeep.
• Fixes to delivered functionality.
• Up to one hour of support or minor changes per month.

THIRD-PARTY COSTS

AI usage, hosting, storage, domains, and other third-party costs are separate and are billed by the provider, not included in the setup payment or the maintenance fee.

BEYOND THE PACKAGE

Additional features, multi-user platforms, and custom connectors require separate scope and are quoted separately.

• Custom ChatGPT/Claude or other connector integrations.

AI GENERATION RESULTS

AI generation results are not guaranteed. Output depends on the models you connect, the prompts and references used, and provider availability — all of which can change outside this agreement.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for supplying the materials, access, and feedback the build needs:

• Branding materials — logo, colors, and any copy you want in the studio.
• Account access for the AI providers you want connected, plus any hosting or domain access required.
• Timely review and feedback, so revision rounds and the delivery schedule stay on track.

OWNERSHIP, ACCESS & CANCELLATION

Ownership, hosting, access, cancellation, and refund arrangements are confirmed in writing in your service agreement before the build begins. Connected AI models remain services of their respective providers.
